How delivery works

We deliver across Kenya through Pickup Mtaani. At checkout you choose a Pickup Mtaani agent near you; when your order is ready we'll email you.

Pick your nearest agent at checkout — the delivery fee depends on the area.
Bring your ID and the phone number used at checkout when you collect.
Try your piece on at the agent. If the size isn't right, start an exchange within the return window.

How long does it take?
