Seven days to change your mind or your size.

We want you to love what you wear. If a piece isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of collecting it.

What qualifies

Pieces that are unworn, undamaged, and in their original pouch.
Size exchanges are always welcome (rings and bracelets).
Faulty or damaged items — we'll make it right.

How it works

Open the piece's journey page from your order email, or use the Returns page with your order number and email.
Tell us which piece and why. We review within one working day.
We'll share how to send it back via Pickup Mtaani. Once we receive it, we refund or exchange.
